These Terms set forth the conditions for using the AI search support service for HS codes, tariff rates, import/export laws, FTA information, and other trade matters provided by SHINNA CO.,LTD.
By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The Service is an AI search service that supports searching, organizing, translation assistance, summarization, and suggestion of information related to HS codes, tariff rates, import/export regulations, FTAs, customs materials, and trade practices.
The Service only assists research and does not provide legal, customs, clearance, HS classification, tariff rate, FTA applicability, or other final determinations.
The Service is released for Japan, Vietnam, Korea, and China.
Because systems differ by country and region, users must verify information with official materials and relevant authorities at their own responsibility.
AI outputs may contain errors, incomplete information, outdated information, translation inaccuracies, or misinterpretations of source materials.
For practical use, always verify with customs authorities, relevant authorities, official materials, professionals, actual cargo information, and the latest laws.
During trial operation, search content, AI outputs, and usage history may be viewable by other users or unspecified persons.
Users must not enter personal information, customer names, contract information, trade secrets, confidential company information, confidential materials, unpublished information, or information that cannot be disclosed to third parties.
Users must register by the method designated by the Company. The Company may refuse registration, suspend use, or delete registration if information is false or incomplete, the Terms are violated, misuse is suspected, or use is otherwise inappropriate.
Users are responsible for managing their email address, password, and authentication information. Acts conducted through a user account are deemed acts of that user.
Fees, contract periods, permitted users, concurrent AI inferences, history retention, invoice conditions, and other details of paid plans follow the Site display or individual agreement.
The paid sales start date and payment methods are not finalized. Payment functions are not active in the production environment, and the Company will announce designated methods after they are finalized.
The contract period follows the application screen, invoice, quotation, individual agreement, or conditions displayed by the Company. Fees already paid are not refunded even if canceled during the contract period.
Due to the nature of the Service, fees are not refunded after use begins, after a contract is concluded, or after payment is completed. The Company provides the Service for the period corresponding to the fees paid.
Search history during the free trial is retained for up to 10 items for 30 days. Retention beyond 10 items or 30 days is not guaranteed.
Search history for paid plans is retained for one year after the paid plan ends. Completeness, continuous retention, and recoverability are not guaranteed.
Users must not violate laws, misuse the Service, enter false information, enter third-party confidential information without authority, present AI outputs as official determinations, or use the Service for illegal import/export, sanctions violations, tax evasion, false declarations, or unlawful customs clearance.
Users must not impose excessive load, scrape, reverse engineer, conduct unauthorized access, bypass authentication, share accounts, or use the Service without permission to develop competing services.
Search terms, questions, product information, descriptions, AI outputs, history, and other information entered by users may be stored and used for service provision, history display, quality improvement, troubleshooting, misuse prevention, and usage analysis.
The Company may process inputs, search results, AI outputs, operation history, and similar data into a form that cannot identify individuals or specific companies and use it to improve search quality, AI answer accuracy, RAG data, and the Service.
The primary country of storage for personal information obtained in relation to the Service is Japan.
In providing the Service, the Company may use external AI/API services, payment services, servers, email delivery, authentication, maintenance, monitoring, and other external services located in the United States, Vietnam, and other countries or regions.
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including programs, screens, designs, databases, search logic, prompts, RAG structures, document structures, translation data, know-how, trademarks, and logos, belong to the Company or lawful rights holders.
The Service may refer to or summarize laws, tariff schedules, notices, administrative materials, FTA materials, third-party data, translation information, and other external information. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, continuous availability, or legality of external information.
The Company may change, suspend, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice when necessary for maintenance, troubleshooting, external API or payment service failures, changes in laws, administrative guidance or external service terms, security, or other operational reasons.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, validity of legal, customs, clearance, or HS classification judgments, service continuity, data retention, accuracy of external materials, translations, summaries, citations, or links, or user business results.
The Company is not liable for damages incurred by users due to use or inability to use the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Even where the Company is liable, liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages, and capped at the total service fees paid by the user during the one month before the damage occurred.
If a user violates or may violate these Terms, the Company may suspend use, delete the account, delete history, terminate the contract, restrict access, or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
Users represent and warrant that they and their related parties are not anti-social forces and have no relationship with anti-social forces.
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary. The amended Terms become effective when posted on the Site or at another time designated by the Company.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Vietnam having jurisdiction over the Company’s address as the court of first instance.
This Service is an AI search support service, and AI answers are not final determinations. For practical use, always verify with official materials, relevant authorities, and professionals. During trial operation, search content, reasoning content, and history may be viewable by others. Do not enter personal information, customer names, contract information, confidential company information, confidential materials, or trade secrets.
The Company may collect email addresses, passwords, nicknames, company names, plan information, payment and billing information, search content, input content, AI outputs, usage history, IP addresses, browser information, device information, access logs, inquiry details, and other information submitted by users.
Collected information is used to provide the Service, authenticate users, verify identity, display history, handle billing, payments, invoices, inquiries, troubleshooting, maintenance, security, misuse prevention, service improvement, AI accuracy improvement, statistical analysis, and responses to laws, administrative agencies, courts, and relevant authorities.
The primary storage country for personal information is Japan. However, data may be processed by external AI/API services, payment services, servers, email delivery, authentication, maintenance, monitoring, and other external services located in the United States, Vietnam, and other countries or regions to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
Search history during the free trial is retained for up to 10 items for 30 days. Retention beyond 10 items or 30 days is not guaranteed. Search history for paid plans is retained for one year after the paid plan ends.
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except where the user has consented, where required by law, where requested by public authorities, where provision to contractors is necessary, or where necessary to protect rights.
The Company takes reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or alteration. However, complete security is not guaranteed.
Users may request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, or file a complaint regarding their personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Requests should be sent to [email protected].
The Company may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login status, ensure security, analyze usage, and improve the Service.
The Company may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary. Revised content becomes effective when posted on the Site or at another time designated by the Company.

Because the Service is a digital service, returns, cancellations, and refunds are not available after use begins, after a contract is concluded, or after payment is completed. The Company provides the Service for the period corresponding to the fees paid.
Use requires an internet connection, a current major browser, and an email receiving environment. If a failure occurs, the Company will make reasonable efforts to restore the Service, but does not guarantee immediate restoration, data recovery, or compensation for business losses.
